Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States for the week of January 8th, 2024, through to January 14th 2024. There are four different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies and a combined total chart.

Marvel’s “Echo” had a strong debut on the original and overall chart, with five episodes being dropped at once on both Hulu and Disney+, which helped boost those viewership numbers per minute, though it was dwarfed by the Netflix Original series, “Fool Me Once”.   While the launch of “Echo” is undoubtedly a success, with the unique way Disney released this series, it’s obvious that the viewership overall is lower across the whole season than the previous Marvel Disney+ series.

“Bluey” topped the acquired chart, and the Disney+ Original “Percy Jackson And The Olympians” also keeps the streaming service on the original chart. 

Disney’s ABC mega-hit “Grey’s Anatomy” also continues to pull in audiences on Netflix in the US, and it will be coming to Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in March 2024. The series is also available on Disney+ internationally.
