To celebrate the launch of the new season of the classic British sci-fi series, “Doctor Who”, Ncuti Gatwa, who plays the Fifthteeth Doctor and Millie Gibson, who plays his companion Ruby Sunday, recently visited Disney’s California Adventure theme park at the Disneyland Resort.

This new season of “Doctor Who” follows the Doctor and Ruby Sunday through infinite adventures across time and space in the TARDIS. From the Regency era in England to war-torn futures, the duo champion the forces of good while encountering incredible friends and dangerous foes.

The pair rode the Radiator Springs attraction in Cars Land and met Mike & Sulley from Pixar’s Monsters Inc.

“Doctor Who” is produced by Bad Wolf, with BBC Studios for Disney Branded Television and BBC. Under the creative vision of Davies, the additional executive producers include Phil Collinson, Joel Collins, Julie Gardner and Jane Tranter. The new season features episodes directed by Ben Chessell, Jamie Donoughue, Julie Anne Robinson and Dylan Holmes Williams.

The first two episodes, along with the Christmas special, are now available to stream on Disney+ around the world, except in the United Kingdom, where it’s available to stream on the BBC iPlayer.  A new episode will be released globally each Friday at 7:00 p.m. EDT
