Disney’s “Freakier Friday” Debuts On The Nielsen Streaming Chart

Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from November 10th, 2025, to November 16th 2025. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.

Disney’s biggest new release of the week was “Freakier Friday”, which debuted on the movie chart, making the top five films of the week across all streaming services. While not as strong a debut as most Disney movies, it’s important to note that this is a low-budget sequel, so it doesn’t need to perform as well as the huge blockbusters.

The recent release of the latest Marvel Studios film, “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”, on Disney+ continues to bring in audiences, though its noticable that audiences aren’t as interested in this film as previous Marvel films.

The return of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” also was a good performer for Hulu and Disney+, making the top ten original shows of the week, while also just making the top ten shows overall.

Disney continues to hold a large portion of the acquired charts, with its biggest hits, including “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Bob’s Burgers” and “Bluey”, still drawing viewers on Hulu and Disney+. Disney was also able to take advantage of some popular licensed content, such as “Law & Order”.
