Disney Hosts “The Muppet Show” Launch Party In Los Angeles

Just ahead of the return of “The Muppet Show” on Disney+ and ABC, Disney held a special launch party on Saturday evening at The Hollywood Roosevelt in Los Angeles.

It’s “The Muppet Show!” Kermit, Miss Piggy and the beloved Muppets ensemble are back with a brand-new special event. Music, comedy, and a whole lot of chaos are bound to ensue when The Muppets once again take the stage of the original Muppet Theatre with their very special guest, Sabrina Carpenter!

The show’s executive producer and guest star Seth Rogen, and The Muppets, including Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog, hosted the event, which was attended by many celebrities including Anna Kendrick, Lainey Wilson, Pamela Adlon, Danny Trejo, Yvette Nicole Brown, Dewayne Perkins, Sam Richardson, The Great Gonzo, Fozzie Bear, Rowlf the Dog, Camila and many more.

From 20th Television, Disney Branded Television, The Muppets Studio and Point Grey Pictures, the special event is directed by Alex Timbers, who also serves as executive producer. Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver and Alex McAtee are executive producers for Point Grey Pictures; David Lightbody, Leigh Slaughter and Michael Steinbach are executive producers for The Muppets Studio; Sabrina Carpenter, Albertina Rizzo, Matt Vogel and Eric Jacobson are executive producers.

“The Muppet Show” returns on February 4th  on Disney+ (12:00am PT / 3:00am ET) and ABC (9:00pm ET/PT) and features Sabrina Carpenter as the special guest star!
