Disney+ launched this week and was able to sign up 10 million accounts, but the launch has been littered with users getting errors while watching or simply being unable to log in. Customers are struggling to get through to Disney+ customer support, with some users reporting they’ve spent 5 hours on hold, only to be cut off. Did the addition of Verizon users cause the issue?
