Netflix has added removal notices to a large number of LEGO animated specials and series themed around Marvel, DC, and Jurassic World.  These titles are due to expire from the streaming service around the world in the middle of March 2023. As with all Netflix removals, they can vary between countries, so the availability of these LEGO animated shows and shorts may vary.

In the US, five different Marvel LEGO titles will be leaving Netflix on March 15th 2023, including:

  • LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Maximum Overload (2013) – Villainous Loki is amassing an army to conquer Earth! His antics are keeping Spider-Man and S.H.I.E.L.D. busy as they tackle a host of bad guys.
  • LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Avengers Reassembled! (2015) – When Ultron seizes control of Iron Man’s armor, the Avengers race to save their friend and stop an evil plot to take over the world.
  • LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Guardians of the Galaxy (2017) – The Guardians are on a mission to deliver the Build Stone to the Avengers before the Ravagers, Thanos and his underlings steal it from them.
  • LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Black Panther (2018) – When Thanos joins forces with villains Killmonger and Klaue to destroy Earth, Black Panther rushes to stop them from stealing Wakanda’s vibranium.
  • LEGO Marvel Spider-Man: Vexed by Venom (2019) – When Green Goblin and Venom team up for a disastrous scheme, Spider-Man calls in a wall-crawling ally and must rely on his Spidey senses to stop them.

It’s worth noting that the “Avengers Climate Conundrum” is not included in this batch of removals, but is expected to leave Netflix in the United States, Australia, and the UK in August 2023.

It’s not guaranteed that these LEGO shorts and series will automatically be moved over to Disney+, but it’s likely, since the majority of new LEGO titles, especially from the Star Wars and Frozen brands, have been released directly onto Disney+ for the past few years.  Plus, the two companies are in a constant working relationship with video games and LEGO sets.

Hopefully, we get confirmation of where these Marvel LEGO shorts and series will be heading too soon.
