Disney has announced some new details on a brand new Disney+ Subscriber Perk for US subscribers, where they are offering a $10 towards Fandango tickets for the latest Pixar film, “Inside Out 2”.

Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone.

The new movie has been directed by Kelsey Mann and produced by Mark Nielsen with a score by Andrea Datzman, “Inside Out 2” will be released only in theatres this coming Friday 14th June 2024, and it won’t be available to stream on Disney+ for at least 100 days and possibly even longer.

Roger’s Take:   This promotion is another great little boost for Disney+ subscribers, and we’ve seen Disney leaning more into these Disney+ Perks.   It also is a nice little offer to get some couples and families to head to the cinema this summer, which might help encourage them to go more often, but also buy other tickets for family members and for Fandango, the hope will be they buy snacks while at the cinema.
