Disney is slowly building up its new “Hularious” brand with new original comedy specials. The first will air on November 22nd, 2024, with Jim Gaffigan, on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ internationally.

Other comedians signed up to deliver these new monthly one-hour comedy specials, including Bill Burr, Chris Distefano, Jim Gaffigan, Ilana Glazer, Andrew Santino, Jessica Kirson, Matteo Lane, Sebastian Maniscalco, Atsuko Okatsuka and Roy Wood Jr.

Disney has signed up Zarna Garg for the new comedy program, though no release details have been confirmed, nor when the special will be taped.   It will be produced by Rotten Science.

Zarna said in a statement regarding the new comedy special:

“I’m beyond excited to join the Hulu family and bring families together for my comedy special! Just make sure they get back to their math homework afterward.”

Zarna has previously appeared in “A Nice Indian Boy” and will also be developing a new sitcom called “Zarna” for CBS.  This will be the second comedy special, following Amazon Prime Video’s “One In A Billion”, which was released last year.   She also has her own podcast called “The Zarna Garg Family Podcast”.
