When Is “Thunderbolts*” Coming To Disney+
This May, Marvel Studios is releasing its next instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, “Thunderbolts*” in cinemas around the world.
In “Thunderbolts*” Marvel Studios assembles an unconventional team of antiheroes—Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster and John Walker. After finding themselves ensnared in a death trap set by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, these disillusioned castoffs must embark on a dangerous mission that will force them to confront the darkest corners of their pasts. Will this dysfunctional group tear themselves apart, or find redemption and unite as something much more before it’s too late?
The film has been directed by Jake Schreier, and it has been produced by Kevin Feige. It has been executive produced by Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, and Jason Tamez.
The cast includes Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Olga Kurylenko, Lewis Pullman, Geraldine Viswanathan, Chris Bauer, Wendell Pierce, with David Harbour, with Hannah John-Kamen, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
When Is “Thunderbolts*” Released?
“Thunderbolts*” is being released exclusively in cinemas on May 2nd 2025.
When Will “Thunderbolts*” Be On Disney+?
Currently, no official Disney+ release date has yet been announced.
Disney now prioritises theatrical releases and generally keeps movies in cinemas for at least three months, especially with big-budget blockbusters like “Deadpool & Wolverine”, “Captain America: Brave New World” and “Inside Out 2”.
For that reason, I wouldn’t expect to see “Thunderbolts*” arrive on Disney+ until at some point in August, around the same time as when the film is out on physical media!
