It’s Monday and time to take a look at what’s coming to Disney+ in the UK and Ireland throughout the week.  There are lots of new Star Wars additions today, including “Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker” and the finale of “The Clone Wars”.   Other new additions include new library content plus more Originals from the initial launch period dropping including High School Musical: The Musical – The Series and Diary of a Future President.

Here is the full rundown of this weeks new releases:

Monday May 4th

Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker (Global)

When it’s discovered that the evil Emperor Palpatine did not die at the hands of Darth Vader, the rebels must race against the clock to find out his whereabouts. Finn and Poe lead the Resistance to put a stop to the First Order’s plans to form a new Empire, while Rey anticipates her inevitable confrontation with Kylo Ren. Warning: Some flashing-lights scenes in this film may affect photosensitive viewers.

Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian (Global)

“Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian” is an eight-episode documentary series that pulls back the curtain on The Mandalorian. Each chapter explores a different facet of the first live-action Star Wars television show through interviews, behind the scenes footage, and roundtable conversations hosted by Jon Favreau.

In the first episode, the filmmakers speak about their individual journeys on the way to the director’s chair and take us inside the filmmaking process of The Mandalorian.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Episode 12 – Season Finale (Global)

After seven seasons, one of the most critically acclaimed chapters in the Star Wars saga, “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” will come to a close on a special day, Monday, May 4, giving fans around the world the chance to watch the finale together for Star Wars Day.

Star Wars: Resistance – Season 1

“Star Wars Resistance,” is the latest animated adventure series set before the events of “The Force Awakens,” follows Kazuda Xiono (“Kaz”), a young pilot recruited by the Resistance’s Poe Dameron and BB-8 and tasked with a top-secret mission to spy on the growing threat of the First Order. While undercover aboard The Colossus, a massive aircraft re-fueling platform on an outer rim water planet, Kaz works as a mechanic and lives with Poe’s long-time friend Yeager – a veteran pilot who operates a starship repair shop run by his crew: Tam, Neeku and their old battered astromech droid, Bucket. In his quest to become the best pilot in the galaxy, Kaz’s journey with his new friend BB-8 finds him facing off against stormtroopers and pirates all the while struggling to maintain his secret mission from his newfound family.

Lego Star Wars All Stars (S1)

New faces team-up with iconic heroes Young Han Solo, Chewbacca, Young Lando Calrissian, BB-8, and General Leia for adventures that span all eras of the Star Wars universe.

Tuesday May 5th

Lost Treasure of the Maya (S1)

The ancient Maya built many of their sacred sites to watch the sky, but new research suggests these places were also linked to underground cave systems.

Friday May 8th

Diary of a Future President Episode 108 – “Matters of Diplomacy”

As she prepares for the big dance, Elena is shocked to discover she has a “mustache.” Attempts to fix it only make it worse, forcing her to “own” her look. Bobby and his buddies plan a prank for the dance, but when it doesn’t go the way Bobby expected, he lashes out at Liam. Gabi’s discomfort with her new relationship only grows when her mother invites the entire family over to meet Sam.

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series- Episode 108 – “The Tech Rehearsal”

Which sees Braden travel the world delivering hearing aids, just like his own, to those who need them.

Disney Fairy Tale Weddings – Episode 208 – “Marry ME!” – Season Finale

Ramila & Ike celebrate 25 years of marriage in Greece thanks to their son. Kyle and Amanda and their baby girl Harlow celebrate at Disney’s California Adventure with a surprise performance by Jason Derulo.
