During last week’s Star Wars Celebration, Disney released the first trailer for the second season of the animated series, “The Bad Batch” and announced that the series is going to premiere this fall exclusively on Disney+.

In the second season, months have passed since the events on Kamino and the Bad Batch continue their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.

And today, Disney has officially revealed on the Disney+ home page that the second season of “The Bad Batch”, will be released on Wednesday 28th September 2022.

The second season of “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” consists of 16 episodes, which means we are going to see new episodes released throughout the winter through to January 2023.

It also means we will be getting episodes of “The Bad Batch” alongside “Star Wars: Andor” in October.

The entire first season of “The Bad Batch” is also available to stream on Disney+

Are you looking forward to the return of “The Bad Batch”?
