Disney has announced that the fourth season of the adult animated series, “Solar Opposites”, will premiere on Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand on Wednesday, 23rd August 2023.

“Solar Opposites” centres around a team of four aliens who are evenly split on whether Earth is awful or awesome. Korvo (Dan Stevens) and Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) only see the pollution, crass consumerism, and human frailty while Terry (Thomas Middleditch) and Jesse (Mary Mack) love TV, junk food and fun stuff.   In the fourth season of “Solar Opposites,” we pack up the sci-fi and get normal… for a second. Then it’s back to classic Solar chaos, mayhem in the Wall, and some all-new Silvercops adventures!

It was revealed last month that Dan Stevens has taken over the role of Korvo for the fourth and fifth seasons of the show, following allegations of domestic violence about “Solar Opposites” creator, Justin Roiland, who also played Korvo in the previous season.

“Solar Opposites” is executive produced by Mike McMahan and Josh Bycel. The series is produced by 20th Television Animation.  The first three seasons of “Solar Opposites” are also available to stream now on Disney+.

The series will be premiering in the United States a week earlier on Monday, 14th August 2023. It’s unclear why the Disney+ release has been delayed a week.
