Last week, Marvel Studios released the first episode of its new live-action series, “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law” onto Disney+ around the world.
In Marvel Studios’ “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany)—an attorney specializing in superhuman-oriented legal cases—must navigate the complicated life of a single, 30-something who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.
Samba TV has revealed that the first episode of “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law” was watched by 1.5 million U.S. households streaming in its first four days available.
By comparison, “Moon Knight” was watched by 1.8 million households over its first five days. And no doubt, with an extra day’s viewing figures, the show would be on par or higher than “WandaVision” and “Hawkeye” viewing numbers.
This put’s “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law” viewership over twice as popular as “Ms Marvel”, which was only watched by 775,000 US households over the first five days.
By comparison to some other major streaming shows that have been released this summer, 3.2 million US households watched the premiere of the second volume of Netflix’s “Stranger Things” season four in the first four days. And the finale of “Obi-Wan Kenobi” was watched by 1.8 million US households in the first five days.
This data will no doubt please those at Disney and Marvel. It’s also important to note that this data from Samba, only includes the United States, so global viewing numbers will be far bigger.
A new episode of “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law” arrives on Disney+ this Thursday.
