Disney’s Searchlight Pictures has released a new poster for the upcoming original film, “Quasi”, which has been created by the team behind “Super Troopers”, “Club Dread”, and “The Slammin’ Salmon”.

The film is about a hapless hunchback yearns for love, but finds himself in the middle of a murderous feud between the Pope and the king of France when each orders the hunchback to kill the other.

The film is a satirical take on the classic story and stars Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Jay Chandrasekhar, Paul Soter, Erik Stolhanske and Adrianne Palicki. Heffernan serves as director and penned the script alongside Lemme, Chandrasekhar, Soter and Stolhanske.

“Quasi” is coming to Hulu in the United States on Thursday, 20th April 2023.  The film is also going to be released on Star+ and on Disney+ under the Star banner in other countries.  It has been confirmed the film will arrive on Disney+ in Canada on the same date; it arrives on Hulu.
