Savannah Bananas Jackson Olson Joins Season 35 Of “Dancing With The Stars”

Disney has announced details on the third celebrity contestant set to take part in the 35th season of the hit competition series, “Dancing with the Stars”.

It has already been revealed that Maura Higgins, star of “The Traitors” and “Love Island,” and Ciara Miller, star of “Summer House,” will be competing this season.

Hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, the hit series pairs celebrities with trained ballroom dancers to compete in themed, choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough. The show is produced in front of a live audience by BBC Studios Los Angeles Productions.

Today, during Disney’s Upfront Presentation in New York, it was confirmed that Internet personality and second baseman for the Savannah Bananas, Jackson Olson, has joined the cast of the 35th season of “Dancing with the Stars”.

Jackson Olson is not just a standout second baseman for the Savannah Bananas; he’s also a prolific content creator known for his macro baseball insights and captivating storytelling on family, relationships, food, and the journey of coming-of-age. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for weaving narratives that resonate deeply with audiences, Olson’s social channels serve as a hub for inspiration, laughter and heartfelt reflection. Whether he’s sharing the joys of eating ballpark food or something over-the-top delicious, the triumphs and tribulations of love and family, or the intricacies of life on and off the field, Jackson Olson invites followers into his world with authenticity and warmth, leaving a lasting impression on all who engage with his content.

Disney also just announced the Banana Bowl will also stream live on Disney+ this Fall, so this pairing will help with cross-promotion of both shows.
