Last week, Disney released the first two episodes of the third season of “Only Murders In The Building” on Hulu, and according to some new data from Samba TV, over 669,000 US households tuned in to watch the premiere of the latest season over the first six days.  Compared to the previous season, viewership for the premiere was up over 14% from the season two premiere.

The third season finds Charles, Oliver & Mabel (played by Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez) investigating a murder behind the scenes of a Broadway show. Ben Glenroy (Paul Rudd) is a Hollywood action star whose Broadway debut is cut short by his untimely death. Aided by co-star Loretta Durkin (Meryl Streep), our trio embarks on their toughest case yet, all while director Oliver desperately attempts to put his show back together.

“Only Murders in the Building” hails from co-creators and writers Steve Martin and John Hoffman (“Grace & Frankie,” “Looking”). Martin and Hoffman executive produce along with Martin Short, Selena Gomez, “This Is Us” creator Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal. The series is produced by 20th Television, a part of Disney Television Studios.

The first three episodes, along with the first two seasons of “Only Murders In The Building”, are available to stream now on Hulu and as a Star Original on Star+ in Latin America and on Disney+ around the world.
