New Cast Revealed for Searchlight Pictures “Empire Of Light”
Disney’s Searchlight Pictures is developing a new film, “Empire Of Light”, which is being directed by Sam Mendes.
According to Deadline, Colin Firth, Toby Jones, Crystal Clarke and Tanya Moodie, have joined the film, which will also star Olivia Colman and Michael Ward.
Very little is currently known about the plot of the film, but it’s billed as a love story set in and around a beautiful old cinema on the South Coast of England in the 1980s.
Sam Mendes has written the script and will also produce, along with Pippa Harris.
“Empire Of Light” is due to be released next fall.
