More “Phineas & Ferb” Episodes To Arrive On Disney+ In 2026

Last month, the hit animated series “Phineas & Ferb” returned after over a decade with a brand-new season, featuring ten new episodes released simultaneously on Disney+. A new episode is also released weekly on the Disney Channel.

“Phineas and Ferb” follows the adventures of Phineas Flynn and his English stepbrother, Ferb Fletcher, on their summer vacation. Each day, the boys and their friends take on some ambitious new project, sometimes to help someone in need, but often just to create something fun. This annoys the boys’ sister, Candace, who constantly attempts to get them in trouble by revealing their actions to Mom. Meanwhile, across town, the wannabe-evil scientist Dr. Doofenshmirtz continually attempts to take over the Tri-State area with his various inator devices, and Perry the Platypus, the boys’ pet and a secret agent, consistently foils his plans on behalf of the O.W.C.A and his commanding officer, Major Mongram. At the end of each episode, the two plots intersect to erase all traces of the boys’ project just before Candace can successfully show it to Mom.

During a panel at the San Diego Comic-Con, creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh, along with the show’s cast, took to the stage to discuss the series.  They confirmed that the next batch of new episodes will be released on Disney Channel and Disney+ in 2026.

It was also confirmed that a brand new series called “Cartoonified with Phineas and Ferb,” will be released on YouTube.  The show features Phineas & Ferb characters interviewing real-life celebrities, who appear drawn in the show’s unique animation style.  During the panel, it was confirmed that Kylie Cantrall, Mark Rober, Avantika, Brittany Broski, Xochitl Gomez and Walker Scobell, will be featured in this spin-off series.

Roger’s Take: For fans of the show, it’s no doubt going to be a little disappointing that they’ll have to wait until next year before any new episodes are released on Disney+.   But the good news is that back in 2023, Disney Branded Television’s Ayo Davis revealed that they had ordered forty episodes, so it’s likely that these episodes will be spread out across multiple years.

All four original seasons, along with the new season and the films, are also available to stream on Disney+.
