Today, during a special panel at the New York Comic Con, the cast and creators of the hit animated series, “The Simpsons”, came together to share never-before-told stories, show never-before-seen exclusive clips, and give away never-before-given-away prizes.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that four never-before-seen episodes of the series will be made available exclusively to Disney+ subscribers, including a special Christmas-themed double episode, which will premiere on December 17th 2024.

The upcoming episode is called “O C’mon All Ye Faithful”, – and it will be a Christmas double episode since it won’t need to fit the usual time restraints of being on linear television.

It was also revealed that this new special will celebrate the show’s 35th anniversary. The show is known for its special guests, and the holiday episodes will include Darren Brown, Pentatonix, and Patti LaBelle.  Darren will apparently hypnotize Homer Simpson to try to boost his holiday spirits, but this goes a bit wrong and results in Homer thinking he’s a certain “sparkly elf.”

Previous seasons of “The Simpsons” are available to stream now on Disney+.
