Hulu has announced that the original Spanish series, “La Chica Invisible,” which is inspired by the successful book trilogy of the same name by Blue Jeans, is going to be coming to the streaming platform on May 16th 2023.

The series tells the story of Seventeen-year-old Aurora, who has been murdered at the high school during Cárdena’s local festivities. Two investigations are opened in parallel: an official one by Civil Guard lieutenant Miguel Ángel and an informal one by his daughter Julia, the victim’s classmate. Father and daughter will start to put the puzzle together and embark on a journey full of enigmas, clues and traps.

“La Chica Invisible” stars Daniel Grao, Zoe Stein, Rebeca Matellan, Pablo Gómez-Pando, Javier Córdoba, Marta Vallés, and Hugo Weizel.  It has been written by Carmen López-Areal, Marina Efron, Antonio Hernández Centeno, Ramon Tarrés and Ian de la Rosa. Directed by Tito Lopez Amado and Artiz Moreno. Executive produced by Pedro Uriol.

“La Chica Invisible” has previously been released on Disney+ in many countries, including Spain.
