Ever since Disney announced its streaming bundle with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+, people have been asking for a bundle without ESPN+ and now Disney has announced a new Disney+ add-on for Hulu subscribers.

For an additional $2.99/month, eligible Hulu-billed subscribers can get the Disney+ Add-on to access content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more via the Disney+ app and website. Head to your Account page to sign up for the add-on and you’ll get an email to activate your Disney+ account. Then download the Disney+ app or visit DisneyPlus.com to start streaming, using your Hulu username and password.

With Disney+ currently costing $7.99, the add-on at $2.99 is a big discount. This means you can get Hulu with Ads and Disney+ for $9.98 a month.

This change will have many benefits for Disney. It will help persuade Hulu subscribers without Disney+ to get it, boosting subscribers and also converting Hulu subscribers over into the Disney+ app.

Hulu+ Live TV subscribers already have access to Disney+ and ESPN+ as part of the package.

Will you be adding Disney+ to your Hulu subscription?
