Disney has announced that the Disney+ release date for the upcoming 20th Television comedy series, “How I Met Your Father” has changed and been delayed.

This series is set in the near future, Sophie is telling her son the story of how she met his father: a story that catapults us back to the year 2022 where Sophie and her close-knit group of friends are in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps and limitless options.

Back in January, Disney announced that the series was coming to Disney+ around the world on Wednesday 9th March 2022.

Unfortunately, Disney has confirmed to me that the release in the United Kingdom and Ireland has been pushed back to Wednesday 11th May 2022.     It’s not currently known if this delay will impact on the series release on Disney+ in other countries like Australia or Canada.

The first season is currently being released on Hulu in the United States.

Duff serves as a producer. ”How I Met Your Father” is a production of 20th Television. The series stars Hilary Duff, Christopher Lowell, Francia Raisa, Suraj Sharma, Tom Ainsley and Tien Tran.
