FX Developing New Pilot ‘Disinherited’
Disney’s FX is developing a brand new pilot for a new drama called “Disinherited”, which is being created by Peter Gould, who has previously worked on “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul”, who will write, direct and serve as the show’s executive producer.
“Disinherited” will tell the story of what happens when an unexpected inheritance thrusts a pair of scrappy sisters into a world of generational wealth and long-buried crimes.
The pilot will star Victoria Pedretti and Kiera Allen. Victoria has previously starred in “The Haunting of Hill House” and Netflix’s “You”. Kiera has previously starred in Hulu’s psychological thriller “Run”. No other casting details on the upcoming pilot have been revealed.
Other executive producers working on the pilot are Rian Johnson, Ram Bergman, and Nena Rodrigue of T-Street executive produce with FX Productions producing.
As with other pilots, should it get the go ahead, expect it to take a while before we see it released on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ internationally.
