Five New Episodes Of Marvel’s “Spidey And His Amazing Friends” Season 3 – Coming Soon To Disney+ (US)
Disney has announced that five new episodes of the second season of Marvel’s “Spidey and His Amazing Friends” are going to be coming soon to Disney+ in the United States on Wednesday, 22nd November 2023.
The show tells the stories of our favourite neighbourhood web-slinger, who is used to working solo, but now Peter Parker must discover what it takes to become a truly amazing superhero: being a spider friend who works well with others. Together with his friends Miles Morales and Gwen, AKA Ghost-Spider, they will team up with heroes such as Hulk, Black Panther and Ms. Marvel to defeat evil foes and learn that teamwork is the best way to save the day.
In the new season, the show continues the “Web-Spinners” storyline from the previous season and it will also introduce a new “Dino-Webs” story arc, and a whole new set of heroes and baddies for the Spidey Team to interact with, including White Tiger (voiced by Kylie Cantrall), Lizard (voiced by Bumper Robinson), and Trapster (voiced by Deva Marie Gregory).
The five new episodes include:
- Stuck in Space – Zola steals the Spider Crawl-R during a space mission, stranding Spidey and The Thing on the moon.
- Antarctic Adventure – Team Spidey must stop Doc Ock from melting ice while looking for treasure in Antarctica.
- Let It Snowball, Let It Snowball, Let It Snowball – When Zola claims the snowy park as his, Miles and his dad work together to take it back.
- Bubble Trouble – Spidey and Ghosty save the Bubble Festival from Gobby’s super strong bubbles.
- Rainy River Run – Spidey and Ant-Man save Aunt May’s doll when it gets washed down a storm drain.
The series regulars for season three include Alkaio Thiele as Peter Parker, Audrey Bennet as Gwen Stacy and Jakari Fraser as Miles Morales. Returning guest cast includes John Stamos as Iron Man, Scott Porter as George Stacy, Bindi Irwin as Isla Coralton, Sean Giambrone as Ant-Man and Maya Aoki Tuttle as Wasp.
The series is produced by Disney Junior and Marvel Studios in association with Atomic Cartoons, executive produced by Harrison Wilcox and directed by Chris Moreno, who also serves as co-executive producer along with Chris Gilligan and Bart Jennett. Becca Topol is the story editor/co-producer, and Steve Grover is the supervising producer.
