Marvel Studios is developing a brand new series for Disney+ featuring Vision, which is going to be a new spin-off from “WandaVision”.

In the upcoming series, Paul Bettany will reprise his role of Vision, who was last seen in the “WandaVision” series, which saw the Scarlet Witch bring Vision back to life using her magic after Thanos killed him after ripping the Mind stone from his forehead in “Avengers: Infinity War”. The character has also previously appeared in “Captain America: Civil War”, and the “Avengers” movies, “Age Of Ultron”, “Infinity War” and “Endgame”.

Deadline has revealed that Faran Tahir will be returning to the MCU in the upcoming Disney+ series. Faran previously starred as Raza, the leader of the terrorist organization The 10 Rings, who tried to kill Tony Stark in Iron Man.

In addition to “Iron Man”, Faran Tahir has starred in several movies, including “The Jungle Book”, “Star Trek”, and “Picture Perfect”. Plus he has appeared in FX’s “The Old Man”, ABC’s “Scandal”, “Prison Break” and “The Blacklist”.

Marvel hasn’t revealed any plot details for the upcoming “Vision” series, but it’s expected that the story will pick up from the events of “WandaVision,” where a white version of Vision had been built by SWORD from Vision’s dead body but didn’t have any of Vision’s memories. But when the two versions of Vision come together, “White Vision’s” memory is restored, resulting in him flying off, and we’ve not seen him since.

The upcoming show will also see James Spader return as Ultron, an AI created by Tony Stark as a defence program but who turned against humanity in “Avengers: Age of Ultron.” Todd Stashwick will also star in the upcoming series, though no character details have been revealed.

It’s also expected that Agatha and Wiccan, will also return in the upcoming series, following the events of the “Agatha All Along” series.

Roger’s Take: It’ll be interesting to see how Marvel brings Raza back since the character was seemingly killed by Obadiah Stane (played by Jeff Bridges). As we all know, death within the Marvel Universe is never always final.
