Every Disney Theatrical Release In 2026
In 2026, Disney will release more than a dozen movies in theatres across its studios, including Marvel Studios, Pixar, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight Pictures, Lucasfilm, Walt Disney Animation, and Walt Disney Studios. There will be a mix of original films and established franchises, plus much more.
We will likely see other movies from Disney’s studios, such as National Geographic and Searchlight Pictures, released throughout 2026, that haven’t been confirmed yet.
These movies will also be coming to Disney+ a few months after their theatrical releases, with some of the more “mature” films getting released on Hulu in the United States.

Send Help — January 30th 2026
Linda Liddle (Rachel McAdams) and Bradley Preston (Dylan O’Brien), two colleagues who find themselves stranded on a deserted island after they are the only survivors of a plane crash. On the island, they must overcome past grievances and work together to survive, but ultimately, it becomes an unsettling and darkly humorous battle of wills and wits to make it out alive.
The Testament of Ann Lee — February 2026 (International)
From award-winning writer-director Mona Fastvold (The World to Come, The Brutalist) comes the extraordinary true legend of Ann Lee, founder of the devotional sect known as the Shakers. Academy Award nominee Amanda Seyfried stars as the Shaker’s irrepressible leader, who preached gender and social equality and was revered by her followers. The Testament of Ann Lee captures the ecstasy and agony of her quest to build a utopia, featuring more than a dozen traditional Shaker hymns reimagined as rapturous movements with choreography by Celia Rowlson-Hall (Vox Lux) and original songs & score by Academy Award winner Daniel Blumberg (The Brutalist).
Psycho Killer – February 20th 2026
Following the brutal murder of her husband, a Kansas highway patrol officer (Campbell) sets out on a journey to track down the perpetrator. As the hunt progresses, she comes to realize the man responsible (Rogers) is a sadistic serial killer, and the depth of his mental depravity and his sinister agenda is more twisted than anyone could have imagined.
Hoppers – March 6th 2026
What if you could talk to animals and understand what they’re saying? In Disney and Pixar’s all-new feature film “Hoppers,” scientists have discovered how to “hop” human consciousness into lifelike robotic animals, allowing people to communicate with animals as animals! The adventure introduces Mabel, an animal lover who seizes an opportunity to use the technology, uncovering mysteries within the animal world that are beyond anything she could have imagined. Directed by Daniel Chong and produced by Nicole Paradis Grindle, “Hoppers” features the voices of Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan and Jon Hamm.
The Dog Stars – March 27th 2026
The movie is set in the aftermath of a catastrophic flu virus that nearly wiped out humanity. It follows Hig (Jacob Elordi), a civilian pilot, and a tough ex-Marine (Josh Brolin) as they face invaders and the hope of a better life beyond their current dwelling. Ridley Scott has directed the movie.
Ready Or Not 2: Here I Come – April 10th 2026
Moments after surviving an all-out attack from the Le Domas family, Grace (Samara Weaving) discovers she’s reached the next level of the nightmarish game — and this time with her estranged sister Faith (Kathryn Newton) at her side. Grace has one chance to survive, keep her sister alive, and claim the High Seat of the Council that controls the world. Four rival families are hunting her for the throne, and whoever wins rules it all.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 – May 1st 2026
Almost twenty years after making their iconic turns as Miranda, Andy, Emily, and Nigel — Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci return to the fashionable streets of New York City and the sleek offices of Runway Magazine in the eagerly awaited sequel to the 2006 phenomenon that defined a generation.
The Mandalorian And Grogu – May 22nd 2026
The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu.
Toy Story 5 – June 19th 2026
In this fifth instalment in the iconic franchise, fans are introduced to the new character Lilypad, a high-tech frog-shaped smart tablet voiced by Greta Lee (“Past Lives,” “The Morning Show,” “TRON: Ares”) that makes Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the rest of the gang’s jobs exponentially harder when they have to go head to head with the all-new threat to playtime. Tom Hanks returns as the ever loyal cowboy Woody, Tim Allen reports for duty as Buzz Lightyear, and Joan Cusack saddles up again as the rootin’ tootin’ cowgirl Jessie. It was recently announced that Conan O’Brien will also be a part of the voice cast as the toilet training tech toy,Smarty Pants.
Moana – July 10th
In Disney’s live-action reimagining of the beloved Oscar-nominated animated adventure, Moana (Catherine Lagaʻaia) answers the Ocean’s call and, for the first time, voyages beyond the reef of her island of Motunui with the infamous demigod Maui (Dwayne Johnson) on an unforgettable journey to restore prosperity to her people.
Hexed – November 25th 2026
This new original animated movie tells the story of an awkward teenage boy and his Type-A mom discover that what makes him unusual, might just be magical powers that will turn their lives and a secret world of magic, upside down. The new film has been directed by Josie Trinidad and Jason Hand, with Roy Conli and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster-Jones producing.
Marvel’s Avengers: Doomsday – December 18th 2026
This next instalment in the MCU will see many faces from the past coming together to go toe-to-toe with the evil Doctor Doom, The all-star cast includes Chris Hemsworth, Vanessa Kirby, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, Wyatt Russell, Tenoch Huerta Mejía, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, Kelsey Grammer, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, Joseph Quinn, David Harbour, Winston Duke, Hannah John-Kamen, Tom Hiddleston, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, James Marsden, Channing Tatum, Pedro Pascal, and Robert Downey Jr.
