Disney’s “O11CE: New Generation” Trailer Released
This week, Disney has launched a brand new original series from Latin America called “O11CE: New Generation”, which will stream globally on Disney+.
After six years of success in European football, Gabo (Mariano González), the newly appointed captain of Atlético Madrid, Dedé (Luan Brum), and Ricky (David Penagos) decide to visit Álamo Seco for their vacation and surprise everyone at the IAD, the Sports Academy Institute, where they grew up. But the surprise is on them, as the IAD is no longer what it used to be: the facilities are in poor condition, and Los Halcones are at their lowest point. That’s when they decide to stay and help restore the values and spirit of the team they once belonged to.
The new instalment of the popular series, centred on the soccer team “Los Halcones,” once again stars Mariano González, David Penagos, and Luan Brum, and introduces a new squad of Halcones played by Emiliano González, Massimo Pomponio, and Fausti Bo. This season also marks the return of Santiago Stieben, Javier Eloy, Paulina Vetrano, Nicolás Pauls, Verónica Pelaccini, Dany Martins, and Alberto de Carabassa. They are joined by Juan Ignacio Cane, Fran Pizarro, Gabriel Moura, Efraín Wilches, Tomás Moreno, Bautista Amestoy, Lay Ferrari, and Clara Benadiba.
The episodes also feature special appearances by renowned athletes Sergio “Kun” Agüero and Santiago Giménez, prominent sports journalists Sofi Martínez and Vanessa Huppenkothen, and established ESPN personalities Fernando Palomo, Sergio Dipp, Mariano Closs, Diego Latorre, and Morena Beltrán. The series is produced by PEGSA, directed by Sebastián Pivotto, and co-written by Marcos Osorio, Fernanda Riveros, and Matías Rodríguez.
The first two episodes of the Disney+ Original series “O11CE: New Generation” are available to stream on Disney+, with three episodes debuting each Wednesday for the next six weeks. The previous three seasons of “O11CE” are also available to stream on Disney+.
