Disney’s “Chibiverse” Renewed For A Fourth Season.
Disney has announced at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival that it has renewed the popular animated short-form series, “Chibiverse”, for a fourth season.
When cartoon scientists mash up Disney stories in a secret lab, the result is the “Chibiverse” — a strange new planet where favourite characters from across Disney Branded Television and Disney Television Animation series team up for wild adventures.
Each seven-minute episode brings together “chibi” versions of beloved characters from “Phineas and Ferb,” “Big City Greens,” “The Owl House,” “Kiff,” “Kim Possible,” “StuGo,” and more, as they explore new locations, play silly games, and battle cartoony villains — often in surprising cross-series combinations.
Disney Television Animation has produced the show for Disney Branded Television. Its executive producer is Gino Guzzardo, with Dan Siegel working on the show as a co-executive producer.
The previous seasons of “Chibiverse”, along with “Chibi Tiny Tales”, are available to stream on Disney+. The fourth season will soon be coming to Disney+, though no release date has been announced yet.
