“Dancing With The Stars” Podcast To Launch On Disney+

Recently, Disney announced that it was expanding its companion video podcast slate, which have been designed to deepen fans’ connections to their favorite TV shows and keep them engaged between episodes. The video podcasts feature hosted conversations with the creatives and casts as they recap each episode, share behind-the-scenes anecdotes and give fans a deeper dive into the storylines, characters and series itself.

Episodes of these companion podcasts will be released on Disney streaming platforms domestically including Disney+, Hulu, and Hulu on Disney+.  They will be accessible via the series’ page. Podcast episodes will also be available via YouTube and will be distributed through audio channels in partnership with ABC News Audio.

One of those shows revealed to be getting a companion podcast was “Dancing With The Stars” and Disney has released more details on this show, which will feature cast interviews, guests, “behind-the-scenes insights” and “expert breakdowns” of the performances.

The podcast will be hosted by season 33 champion Joey Graziadei, who previously starred in “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette”.   Joey said in a statement regarding the new show:

“I couldn’t be more excited and honored to be joining the Dancing with the Stars team in this new way, bringing audiences exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes content. I have so many great memories from my time competing (and winning didn’t hurt), so I can’t think of a better way to connect with contestants and bring deeper conversations and fun moments to the podcast space.

The podcast is produced by BBC Studios. This isn’t the first official “Dancing With The Stars” podcast, as one previously released back in 2019, and there have been many unofficial spinoffs.
