VIZMedia has announced that the smash-hit anime series, “BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War” is going to be coming to Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ internationally (availability may vary by country) on October 10th 2022. In select markets, including in the US, will simulcast the series.

Ichigo Kurosaki never asked for the ability to see ghosts—he was born with the gift. When his family is attacked by a Hollow—a malevolent lost soul—Ichigo becomes a Soul Reaper, dedicating his life to protecting the innocent and helping the tortured spirits themselves find peace.

Brad Woods, Chief Marketing Officer VIZ Media said in a statement:

“Through his visual genius, Tite Kubo has had an indelible impact on the fandom world and the course of manga and anime history. He is also a supremely gifted and accomplished storyteller, and it is a great honor for VIZ Media to acquire this final arc in his legendary catalog Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, for fans everywhere,”
