“IMPACT x Nightline: “Finding The Louvre Jewels” Coming Soon To Disney+ & Hulu
Disney has announced details on an upcoming episode of IMPACT x Nightline called “Finding The Louvre Jewels”, which is coming to Disney+ and Hulu later this week.
In this episode of “IMPACT x Nightline”, the show investigates how $100 million worth of crown jewels vanished and the global hunt to recover them. The episode takes viewers inside the minds of art thieves and elite investigators. Hear from convicted former thieves on how they would have pulled off the ultimate score and the founder of the FBI’s art crime team, who shares never-before-seen video of a sting operation to recover a $35 million Rembrandt. Plus, relive the infamous 2003 Antwerp diamond heist with the cops who investigated it and the diamond brokers who lived through it.
This new episode, led by ABC News chief international correspondent James Longman, features a new interview with a family member of one of the accused Louvre robbers; takes viewers behind the scenes with the OCBE, France’s elite art crime unit; includes compelling firsthand accounts and rare perspectives from those closest to some of the world’s most audacious art and jewel heists; and offers expert insight into the tactics, risks and global investigations that follow such heists.
