“Mickey’s Country Farm” Coming Soon To Disney+ & Disney Jr

Disney has announced details of a brand new animated full-length special, “Mickey’s Country Farm,” which will be coming to Disney Jr and Disney+ in July.

A first look at the special was released today, revealing Mickey, Minnie and the gang alongside Lasso Lucy, voiced by guest star Megan Hilty, performing the “Hoedown Throwdown,” a new version of the iconic song and dance performed by Disney Legend Miley Cyrus in “Hannah Montana: The Movie.” The new song will be available as a single this Friday, June 26, on all streaming platforms.

In “Mickey’s Country Farm,” Mickey and friends use their new farm vehicles to build the Fairest Farm Fair ever — hoping Daisy’s cowgirl idol, Lasso Lucy, will stop by for a visit.

This new “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+” special is set to debut Thursday, 30th July 2026 (7 a.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Jr. and Disney Jr. on Demand, streaming the next day on Friday, 31st July 2026 on Disney+.

Leading up to the premiere, there’s even more good ol’ country fun as Mickey and his pals sing some familiar songs when they visit the farm. Following the release of the single “Hoedown Throwdown,” the soundtrack “Disney Jr. Music: Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+ – Mickey’s Country Farm” will be available to stream on all platforms beginning July 31. New “Mickey’s Country Farm Songs” shorts will debut on Disney Jr. and Disney+ on July 27th 2026

To go alongside the release of this new special, an all-new “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+” country farm-inspired toy line from Just Play, including a Mickey Mouse Hoedown Throwdown Plush and Barnyard Fun Playset, will be made available to purchase later this summer.

From the “Disney Jr. Play Break” short-form series that encourages kids to get up and get active with fun-filled activities, a new short titled “Mickey and Minnie Farm” will debut July 30th 2026, on Disney+.

“Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+” is a continuation of the beloved Emmy Award-winning original series, welcoming the next generation of preschoolers and their families to the clubhouse for all-new, plussed-up adventures with Mickey, Minnie and their pals. The series is executive produced by Rob LaDuca, with Sy Thomas serving as art director and Mike Himelstein as songwriter and composer. Kim Duran serves as co-producer/story editor, and Mark Drop is story editor. The series is a production of Disney Television Animation, a part of Disney Kids & Family.

The previous seasons of “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+” are also available to stream now on Disney+.

Roger’s Take: “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” is a streaming juggernaut, as kids and families around the world watch Mickey and the gang’s adventures, so expanding this franchise out with some animated specials seems like a perfect expansion of the brand and just more content for families to enjoy.
