“20,000 Leagues Under The Sea” Coming Soon To Disney+

Disney has announced details on a brand new Latin American original series called “20.000 leguas de viaje submarino” aka “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea”.

Responding to an SOS signal, Martin and Pola travel to the Verne Dimension, where they fight against the evil forces of Ayrton. Diego and his friends discover something escaping from the Verne Dimension into the ocean, and they go searching for it with the help of Pompilio and Claudio aboard submarine Pompilius. To their surprise, they are approached by the Calliope, Jules Verne’s improved version of the Nautilus. In charge of the Calliope is Admiral Nemo, a mysterious and feisty woman of the seas. While Pola and Martin help the Resistance fend off Ayrton’s attacks, the boys live incredible underwater adventures on the Calliope, as they try to convince Admiral Nemo to return to the Verne Dimension to set it free from Ayrton’s tyranny.

The series stars Óscar Jaenada, Margarita Rosa de Francisco, Paty Cantú ,Mauricio Barrientos ,Gabriel Goity and Yankel Stevan.

The original movie from 1954 is also available to stream on Disney+.

“20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” is going to be released on Disney+ around the world on July 23rd 2025.
