When Is “Zootopia 2” Coming To Disney+?

This Thanksgiving, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ is returning to Zootropolis for a brand new adventure, which will see rookie cops Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) find themselves on the twisting trail of a great mystery when Gary De’Snake (voice of Ke Huy Quan) arrives in Zootropolis and turns the animal metropolis upside down. To crack the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before.

The film also features the voices of Fortune Feimster, Andy Samberg, Idris Elba, Patrick Warburton, Quinta Brunson, Nate Torrence, and Shakira, who returns as Gazelle.

The movie has been created by the Oscar-winning team of Disney Animation chief creative officer Jared Bush and Byron Howard (directors) and Yvett Merino (producer).

When Is “Zootopia 2” Released?

“Zootopia 2” is being released exclusively in cinemas on November 26th, 2025. “Zootropolis 2”, which is what the film is called in Europe due to a trademark issue, will opens in cinemas a couple of days later on November 28th 2025.

When Will “Zootopia 2” Be On Disney+?

Currently, no official Disney+ release date has yet been announced.

As with other major theatrical releases, we should expect to see the film stay exclusively in cinemas during the holiday season, before eventually heading to digital platforms to purchase in early 2026, before arriving on Disney+ a few months after its initial theatrical release date, usually around 100 days later, likely in March 2026.
