Over the past year, Disney has slowly been building up its comedy offerings with its new Hularious brand, which includes a brand-new original stand-up comedy special each month such as Roy Wood Jr and Ilana Glazer, plus a selection of licensed comedy specials from 800 Pound Gorilla, Comedy Dynamics and Don’t Tell Comedy..

Hulu has picked up another new stand-up comedy special called “Grow Up”, which features the comedian Trey Kennedy and it will be coming to Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ on January 24th 2025.

In this special, Trey Kennedy discusses white people’s weddings, homeschoolers, his entrance into fatherhood and more in this clean comedy special breaking down how maybe we all need to grow up in front of a sold-out Salt Lake crowd.

With a comedic blend of stand-up, videos, and music, Kennedy delivers an hour-long ride through his comedic mind, with both poignant moments and laugh-out-loud observations about life’s better or worse moments.

In a statement regarding the special, Trey said:

“I’m super grateful Hulu is helping me show ‘Grow Up’ to the masses.  I’m so proud of this special and how it came together – anyone from your grandma to your middle schooler can enjoy it.”

While the monthly original comedy specials have been released on Disney+ internationally, it hasn’t been announced if this comedy special will also be available on Disney+ outside the United States.
