FOX has announced a brand new documentary about The Menendez Brothers, who were convicted of killing their parents, José and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menendez, in 1989. 

The documentary will see the Menendez Brothers exclusively speak for the first time in decades for a joint interview with TMZ about their last chance for freedom and reveal what they’ll do with their lives if they’re released. TMZ also speaks with their lawyer, the detective who helped crack the case, an inmate they helped free, and family members about releasing the brothers back into society.

Harvey Levin, Ryan Regan, Don Nash, Charles Latibeaudiere and Jess Fusco serve as executive producers with co-executive producer Susan Favre.

“TMZ Presents: The Menendez Brothers: The Prison Interview” premieres on Monday, 7th April 2025, at 9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT on FOX, and it will be available the next day on Hulu and Hulu On Disney|.
