Disney has announced the guest lineup for “The View” for the first week of 2024, which includes Kate Hudson and Dr. Henry Louis Gates Jr.

“The View” is America’s most-watched daytime talk show concluding season 26, ranking No. 1 in Households and Total Viewers among the daytime network and syndicated talk shows and news programs for the third consecutive year. Called “the most important political TV show in America” by The New York Times, the Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show is a priority destination for up-to-the-minute Hot Topics, invaluable conversations, celebrities, newsmakers and politicians and must-see viewing for our loyal fans with live broadcasts five days a week.

Scheduled guests for the week of Jan. 1-5 are as follows (subject to change):

• Monday, Jan. 1 – Network pre-emption
• Tuesday, Jan. 2 – Dr. Henry Louis Gates Jr. (host, “Finding Your Roots”)
• Wednesday, Jan. 3 – Day of Hot Topics
• Thursday, Jan. 4 – Kate Hudson
• Friday, Jan. 5 – “The View” celebrates Ana Navarro’s birthday
