Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from April 7th, 2025, to April 13th 2025. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.

The biggest new original series to debut on the chart was the final season of “The Handmaids Tale”, which debuted in the top 5 original charts and also made the overall chart, continuing the trend of Hulu Originals performing well on both Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.

Disney’s latest movie releases, “Mufasa: The Lion King” and “Moana 2” continue to be pulling in decent viewership numbers on Disney+, though it’s very noticeable that people weren’t watching movies in huge numbers that week.

Unfortunately, it looks like the Marvel original series, “Daredevil: Born Again” failed to get enough viewers to make the chart, highlighting a major problem for Disney+ and Marvel when its biggest original release hasn’t charted one in eight weeks, though it’ll be interesting to see if the season finale, will finally make the show chart next week when the stats are released.

Disney continues to dominate the acquired and overall charts, with Disney’s biggest hits “Grey’s Anatomy”, Bob’s Burgers”, “The Rookie”, “Bluey” and “Family Guy”, making up the majority of these charts for Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.
