Disney has released a trailer for the upcoming unscripted series, “The Conversations Project”, which is coming to Hulu on August 29th 2023.

This new conversational series was inspired by The Harlem Renaissance Salon: a dinner gathering of great African American philosophers, writers, musicians, singers, dancers, comedians, and actors of the period. “The Conversations Project” is a reimagined take on these incredible gatherings – unscripted, candid, and never dull.

This show is from Andscape, which is Disney’s Black-led media platform dedicated to creating, highlighting, and uplifting the diverse stories of Black identity. The Andscape umbrella includes an editorial division, book publishing arm, film and television division, and music publishing group, each united by the shared mission of illuminating the culture and experience of Blackness.

It’s not yet been announced if this series will also be released as a Star Original on Disney+ around the world.
