In February, the sixth season of “The Connors” will return on ABC and Hulu, which will see the family continue to face the daily struggles of life in Lanford. This iconic family — Dan, Jackie, Darlene and Becky — grapples with parenthood, dating, financial pressures and ageing in working-class America. Through it all — the fights, the coupon cutting, the hand-me-downs, the breakdowns — with love, humour and perseverance, the family prevails.

The “Roseanne” spin-off series stars John Goodman as Dan Conner, Laurie Metcalf as Jackie Harris, Sara Gilbert as Darlene Conner, Lecy Goranson as Becky Conner-Healy, Emma Kenney as Harris Conner-Healy, Ames McNamara as Mark Conner-Healy and Jay R. Ferguson as Ben.

“The Conners” is executive produced by Tom Werner, along with Sara Gilbert, Bruce Helford, Dave Caplan, Bruce Rasmussen and Tony Hernandez.

While the show does air on ABC in the United States, the series is created by Werner Entertainment, who recently announced that it was teaming up with Lionsgate to distribute the hit comedy series, “The Connors”, for cable, SVOD, AVOD and FAST platforms. It’s been announced that all five seasons of “The Connors” will be coming to Netflix in 2024.

Expect new episodes from the sixth season of “The Connors” to be available on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+, the day after new episodes air on ABC, as Disney only has the streaming rights to the current season.   This is why only the last four episodes of season five are available to stream on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the US.

With Disney cutting back on how much money it is spending on content and not being able to take advantage of the show’s popularity, ABC might not renew the show for a seventh season, as earlier this summer, John Goodman told France 24 that it might be coming to an end soon.

“I think we may be coming to an end on it, I’m not sure.  It’s lasted longer than I thought we would. It was just supposed to be like an eight [episode] show and out thing at one point, but they picked us up again, and they keep picking us up.”

Since Disney doesn’t distribute the show internationally, it is also available on other streaming platforms, including Sky in the UK.

With the previous seasons heading to Netflix in 2024, it will make catching up on the series much easier than it is currently in the US.
