Just ahead of the release of the Searchlight Pictures film, “Suncoast”, Disney held a special premiere of the movie at The Soho Hotel on Sunday 28th January 2024 in London, England.

The movie is based on the semi-autobiographical story of a teenager (Nico Parker) who, while caring for her brother along with her audacious mother (Laura Linney), strikes up an unlikely friendship with an eccentric activist (Woody Harrelson) who is protesting one of the most landmark medical cases of all time.

The event was attended by the stars of the film, including Woody Harrelson, Laura Chinn and Nico Parker, along with the film’s producer, Francesca Silvestri,

“Suncoast” has been written and directed by Laura Chinn, and produced by Jeremy Plager, Francesca Silvestri, Kevin Chinoy, and Oly Obst. Executive producers are Chris Stinson, Amy Greene, and Anna Schwartz. The film stars Laura Linney, Nico Parker, Matt Walsh, Keyla Monterosso Mejia, Scott MacArthur, Ella Anderson, Daniella Taylor, Amarr, Ariel Martin, and Woody Harrelson.

“Suncoast” will be released on Disney’s streaming services around the world including Hulu & Hulu On Disney+ in the United States, Star+ in Latin America and on Disney+ around the world on Wednesday 9th February 2024.
