Last year at Star Wars Celebration, Disney announced it would making a new upgrade to its classic “Star Tours – The Adventures Continue” attraction at its theme parks around the world, and today more details have been revealed.

From April 5th, 2024, “Star Tours – The Adventures Continue” in Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort and Disneyland Paris, will feature characters and locations from the Disney+ series, “Ahsoka,” “Andor,” and “The Mandalorian”.

Disney has previously updated the attraction following the release of “Star Wars: The Last Jedi”, and with these new additions, guests will be able to experience one of more than 250 storyline variations aboard the attraction, including a visit to the planet Peridea from the Ahsoka series.

Disney has also announced that on the same day, Season of the Force will arrive at Disneyland park for a limited time through June 2nd, 2024, with Hyperspace Mountain, themed food and beverage, merchandise and more. Debuting during the celebration, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will provide a fresh perspective on the fireworks above Disneyland park on select nights, with galactic music sweeping through the spires.

Star Tours is one of my favourite attractions at any Disney theme park and these new additions are very welcome. It’s just a shame it’s taken so long for Disney to update the attractions, since “The Mandalorian” came out years ago.
