Searchlight Pictures has announced its upcoming film, “The Greatest Hits”, is going to make its world premiere at the SXSW Festival, which takes place in Austin, Texas, from March 8th through to the 16th.

The film tells the story of Harriet, who finds art imitating life when she discovers certain songs can transport her back in time – literally. While she relives the past through romantic memories of her former boyfriend, her time traveling collides with a burgeoning new love interest in the present.

It has been directed and writter by Ned Benson. “The Greatest Hits” is executive produced by Hilton Smith and Stone Douglass. The movies producers include Michael London, Shannon Gaulding, Ned Benson, Stephanie Davis, and Cassandra Kulukundis.

The movie stars Lucy Boynton, Justin H. Min, David Corenswet, and Austin Crute.

“The Greatest Hits” will premiere at the Paramount Theatre on March 14th 2024 at 11:45am. No other release details have been announced, so it’s unclear if the film will get a theatrical release or if it will be released straight onto Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ around the world.
