This weekend, Marvel’s “Rogers: The Musical” is coming to Disney’s California Adventure theme park for a limited run at the Hyperion Stage. “Rogers: The Musical” will run approximately 30 minutes, from Tuesday through Saturday most weeks.

In theatrical splendor, relive the life of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America! The musical retelling takes you from Steve’s humble beginnings during World War II to becoming Captain America and leading the Avengers. Be on the lookout for appearances by Peggy Carter and Nick Fury—and watch some of your favorite Avengers assemble in epic, show-tune style.

The one-act play originally debuted in the first episode of the Marvel Studios’s “Hawkeye” Disney+ Series and is also used as an Easter Egg in both “Spider-Man: No Way Home” and “Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness.

Check out the trailer below:

The show will feature five all-new songs with music by Christopher Lennertz and lyrics by Jordan Peterson, Christopher Lennertz and Alex Karukas.  Plus, visitors can enjoy fan-favourites like “Save The City” from the Disney+ series Hawkeye (with music by Marc Shaiman and lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman), and “Star Spangled Man” from the film Captain America: The First Avenger (with music by Alan Menken and lyrics by David Zippel).

If you can’t get out to Disney’s California Adventure this summer, you can check out the original performance of “Rogers: The Musical” in the post-credit scene of the final episode of “Hawkeye” on Disney+ now.
