The new Marvel series, Loki, is due to hit Disney+ in early 2021 and according to Variety, will see Richard E. Grant join the show.

No details have yet been revealed on what character he will be playing, but he will only appear in one episode.

This will be the second time Richard E. Grant has appeared in a Marvel movie, as he starred as Dr. Zander Rice in the 20th Century Studios movie, Logan. He recently started as General Pryde in ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ and has previously starred in Spice Girls: The Movie and “Withnail and I”.

Tom Hiddleston will return to the role of Loki, who we last saw in Avengers: Endgame, where he was able to grab an Infinity Stone and escape, leading to this new series that will see him visiting different times in human history and influencing major events. The series will also star Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Sophia Di Martino.
