20th Television has signed a new multi-year overall deal with Rashad Raisani, who has been working with 20th Television for the past five years.

Rashad Raisani is currently writing and executive producing a new Criminal Nature drama pilot based in the National Parks, which will should it get a series order, will be available on ABC and Hulu, with an international release as a Star Original on Disney+.

He is also an executive producer on 20th’s 9-1-1: Lonestar series and has previously worked on “9-1-1”, “Burn Notice” and the Marvel series, “The Gifted”.

Karey Burke, President, 20th Television said in a statement to Deadline:

“Rashad is a phenomenal writer with whom we’ve enjoyed a fantastic partnership—and we’re thrilled to extend it even further with this overall. His writing is at turns crisp, suspenseful and surprising, and we have high hopes for Criminal Nature.”
