During the Walt Disney Studios Showcase panel at the D23 Expo, Pixar announced a brand new film, “Elio”.

In this new film, we meet Elio: A boy who finds himself transported across the galaxy & mistaken for the intergalactic Ambassador for our planet Earth.

This new film stars America Ferrera as Olga Solis and Yonas Kibreab as Elio, who both took to the stage to introduce the film to attendees.

Some early artwork was shown to attendees at the event, and Disney has released some artwork from the film.

It’s been directed by Adrian Molina & Produced by Mary Alice Drumm,

Disney and Pixar’s Elio lands in theatres in Spring 2024.
