Disney has announced details on a brand new documentary from National Geographic called “Operation Arctic Cure”, which will premiere in the United States on the National Geographic channel on Monday 19th February 2024 at 10:08/9:08c.

The documentary will be available to stream the following day, on Tuesday, 20th February 2024, on Hulu and Disney+ in the United States.  No international release details have been announced yet, but expect it to arrive globally on Disney+ at a later date.

In this documentary, war reporter Bob Woodruff leads veterans on an Arctic expedition to test a cure for post-traumatic stress and depression: the experience of AWE in nature. As they trek across one of the world’s most dramatic and pristine wildernesses, researchers monitor changes to their physical and emotional well-being. Could this be the medicine they’ve been looking for?
