This past week, Disney released the season finale of the third season of “Only Murders In The Building” on its streaming services around the world, including Hulu in the United States, on Star+ in Latin America and on Disney+ around the world.
The series “Only Murders in the Building” hails from co-creators and writers Steve Martin and John Hoffman (“Grace & Frankie,” “Looking”). Martin and Hoffman executive produce along with Martin Short, Selena Gomez, “This Is Us” creator Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal. Season three finds Charles, Oliver & Mabel (played by Steve Martin, Martin Short & Selena Gomez) investigating a murder behind the scenes of a Broadway show. Ben Glenroy (Paul Rudd) is a Hollywood action star whose Broadway debut is cut short by his untimely death. Aided by co-star Loretta Durkin (Meryl Streep), our trio embarks on their toughest case yet, all while director Oliver desperately attempts to put his show back together.
According to Deadline, the season finale was the most viewed finale on Hulu this year, based on views after its first day of streaming, which defines a view as a total stream time divided by runtime. However, Disney didn’t fully reveal the actual number.
The third season has continued to pull in viewers since it debuted in August, regularly ranking on the Nielsen Top 10 original chart and for its premiere, it was the most viewed scripted Hulu Original of the year.
All three seasons of “Only Murders In The Building” are available to stream now on Hulu in the United States, on Star+ in Latin America and on Disney+ around the world.
