“Ms Marvel” Slips Back On To The Nielsen Streaming Chart
Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States for the week of 4th July 2022 through to 10th July 2022. There are four different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies and a combined total chart.
“Ms Marvel” slipped back into the original chart after failing to make it last week. Showing that interest in the series started to pick up ahead of the show’s finale.
“Only Murders In The Building” continues to pull in viewers on Hulu. This series is also released on Disney+ internationally as a Star Original.
“Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness” and “Encanto” also continue to pull in an audience on Disney+.
Disney’s shows made by ABC, such as “Grey’s Anatomy”, continue to pull in viewers on Netflix. These shows are available on Disney+ internationally, including “NCIS” in the UK.

What did you watch on Disney+ in early July?
Actually, Ms. Marvel has been fairly consistent in its (limited) Nielsen tracking (only connected televisions are in their current ratings system).... in the high 200 million minutes watched.... The difference this week is that the bottom of the top 10 Originals dropped below the 300 million minute mark (i.e. last chart #10 Ozark had 330 mm vs this #10 Only Murders In The Building had 256 mm).... access beyond the "free" public posted charts (Top 20, Top 50) show consistency in viewership for many programs post premiere week (also how much people actually do watch "acquired" library/legacy content.... familiarity is comfort)
